Lead daily production operations and ensure output stability, delivery reliability, and production plan adherence
Manage and support shift leaders, supervisors, and production teams with clear priorities and escalation routines
Maintain strong shopfloor presence and proactively identify operational bottlenecks, downtime, quality deviations, and process risks
Drive corrective actions across production, maintenance, quality, and logistics functions
Coordinate effectively with local management and global group support functions
Strengthen KPI management for productivity, efficiency, scrap, downtime, quality, safety, and delivery performance
Support root-cause analysis and implementation of practical corrective measures
Prepare structured handover documentation and recommendations for the future permanent production leader
