Ensuring manufacturing and delivery of parts and products in the required quality, quantity, time and cost. Implementation of quality strategy, processing complaints, carrying out audits, improvement measures, reducing scrap and rework costs. Planning of investments, cost budgets and personnel capacities.

Defines a global industrial scheme to produce parts in several project phases. Production process (molding, paint, assembly), packaging means, information system, parts flow. Participates in the choice of SILS location and supply chain organization.
